OCAA Athletes of the Week

Congratulations to Kyle Donnan and Mandi Buma who have both recently been recongnized as OCAA Athletes of the weeks. Donnan - a prominent member of the men's volleyball team - has been an unstoppable force in recent games. His team's record is an impressive 11-3, putting them in the running for a bye into provincial championships.

Buma is a 4th year veteran of the women's volleyball team and is making waves of her own. She currently holds the title for most career aces, and is quickly approaching her own record. She recently racked up 22 aces in only 2 games, helping her team to their 10-5 record.

Be sure to catch all the volleyball action this week when the teams take on the Algonquin Thunder Friday night, and La Cite Coyotes Saturday (1:00pm & 3:00 pm).

The men's basketball team hits the court following the volleyball double header Saturday, when they face the Cambrian Golden Shield at 6:00.
